June Recap & Favourites

I cannot believe how quick this year is going and that it’s already July! June has literally flown by and I thought I would share with you my June Favourites in this video. Instead of just typing out my favourites (that are already in the video!) I thought I would do a kind of overview of the month/what I got up to this month to give you all a bit of variety in content.

This month is definitely not as I expected it would be. I thought that I’d be spending the month recovering from surgery however after getting tonsillitis, it was cancelled last minute! So, instead, I decided to completely relaunch my blog and YouTube channel and honestly, you’re feedback has been amazing.

Whilst I didn’t have my surgery, this month has still been about recovering. A lot of things have gone on recently from health, to finishing uni and it’s all been quite overwhelming to the point where my body made me slow down as I had 10 days of tonsillitis followed by a really bad cold which had me in bed for a week. It’s definitely what I needed though and I feel so motivated and ready to take on the world.

A definite highlight of this month has to be finding out I’m graduating with a first as it was totally unexpected. I’m now super excited for graduation this month! Another highlight this month has been starting my youtube channel again – I’ve always loved editing videos and I’m really enjoying creating a different type of content.

I completely moved out of my flat in Manchester and it’s been so nice to spend a few weeks at home. I’m so lucky to live so close to the Lake District. A few times this month, I’ve gone into the Lakes and walked about, taking lots of pictures of the beautiful scenery.

So there were some of my highlights, now on to my favourites…

This months favourites include books, makeup, skincare and TV programmes and I hope you enjoy the video! Let me know in the comments what your favourites have been this month!
